The trommel screen controls waste sorting by the size of particles, with high sorting accuracy. It is widely applicable for the grading of large and small stones in stone yards, as well as the separation of soil and stone powder. It is also used in sand yards for the separation of sand and stones, in the coal industry for the separation of lump coal and coal powder, and as part of coal washing equipment. Additionally, it is used in the chemical and mineral processing industries for the grading of large and small lumps and the separation of powdered materials. Applicable materials include stones, soil, sand, coal powder, stone powder, cement clinker, iron ore, orpiment, and others.
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The trommel screen controls waste sorting by the size of particle diameter, with high sorting accuracy. It is widely applicable for the grading of large and small stones in stone yards, the separation of soil and stone powder, the separation of sand and gravel in sand yards, the separation of lump coal and coal powder in the coal industry, and coal washing (as a component of coal washing machines). It is also used in the chemical and mineral processing industries for grading large and small lumps and separating powdered materials. The machine boasts high reliability, high screening efficiency, and excellent filtration results, with no dust or noise pollution during the production process. It is a widely used mechanical device in sorting technology.

ADVANTAGE

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The drum device is tilted and mounted on the frame. The motor is connected to the drum device via a coupling through a reducer, driving the drum device to rotate around its axis. When materials enter the drum device, the tilting and rotation of the drum cause the materials on the screen surface to tumble and roll. This allows the qualified materials (undersize product) to be discharged through the outlet at the bottom of the rear end of the drum, while the unqualified materials (oversize product) are discharged through the outlet at the tail end of the drum. Due to the tumbling and rolling of the materials inside the drum, any particles stuck in the screen holes can be ejected, preventing screen clogging.
